Some liability waivers include questions that require a little extra attention from staff members before participants can check in to their activity – questions that when answered might raise a “red flag”, so to speak. For example, a business may want to know if participants have any special needs that might slow them down during their activity. If the participant checks Yes to a question like this, a red flag is raised and the staff member can take the appropriate action to accommodate them.

Flags

With Smartwaiver’s new flag feature you can set up your digital waiver to “flag” these types of questions automatically. When a participant answers a flagged question, a red flag icon immediately appears next to the participant’s name in the Waiver Console so when someone checks in to the activity, a staff member can instantly see which participants need attention.
